Led by Lecia Grossman, a leadership and executive coach with a Masters in Human Development and a BA in Psychology. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies and non-profits, including Cargill, General Mills, World Central Kitchen, Merk, Boston Scientific, Securian, Metropolitan Council, and the McKnight Foundation. Lecia is also the founder of the zAmya Theater Project and co-founder of NourishDeep Women’s Retreats.
