Introducing the New IWCO—We’re Making Better Happen℠

As I wrote last summer, I’m very excited to see progress on our continued efforts to transform IWCO into an even better partner for our clients. And that includes today’s announcement: We’re relaunching our brand with a new name (we’re now “IWCO”), logo, identity, website, and brand platform, Making Better HappenSM. But what hasn’t changed is our relentless pursuit of better results for our clients, which has been in the DNA of our company since it was founded more than 50 years ago. It’s the spirit that drives us to provide world-class data, analytics, creative, and production capabilities to constantly identify, focus, and communicate for our clients in ever more effective ways, working with partners who share our tireless demand for better performance.


What Making Better HappenSM Means for Our Clients

What does better really mean? It’s the driving force behind our new name, updated look, expanded services, and advanced technology. It’s also who we’ve always been: We produce better results for our clients. We never believe good enough is good enough. We strive for better efficiency, better cost containment, and better performance, all adding up to better results because we know that when we do that, everybody wins.

Pursuit of “better” means we never stop striving to improve. There’s no finish line to cross. Striving for better takes dedication, will, ambition, and a willingness to roll up our sleeves and get to work. We have that in spades at IWCO, along with the talented workforce and the Lean Manufacturing system needed to make it happen. It’s great to be the best; but we still want to be better.

The better that we’re aiming for isn’t actually about us, it’s about our clients. The improvements to our processes, the investments in our technology, and the increase in our efficiencies are all means to an end: driving better results for our clients.
