All IWCO Direct’s facilities in Minnesota (MN) and Pennsylvania (PA) are authorized to remain open under the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” definition for our role as an extension of the USPS in supporting continued delivery of mail and packages across the country. CISA identified the USPS as an essential service for purposes of its exemption in compliance with state or municipality shelter-in-place orders or other social distancing restrictions.

Until further notice, access to our facilities is limited to our employees, first responders, and business partners with pre-approved access rights.

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our employees. We are expanding and increasing the daily cleaning of all facilities in MN and PA, and social distancing accommodations are being strictly maintained and will be expanded as needed. Some members of our office staff are working remotely as needed; these employees have secure network access and can be reached as usual via phone, email, and text.

We will continue to share information with you about operating safely and effectively in all IWCO Direct facilities and communities. We are doing everything possible to meet this unprecedented challenge to our lives, business, customers, and communities.
