EMA Fall Meeting

The Envelope Manufacturers Association (EMA) is set to host its annual Fall Meeting to discuss the latest trends in paper-based communications and key postal issues facing the mailing community. With the theme of “Shaping the Future,” this year’s event will welcome honored guest Senator Claire McCaskill, the ranking member of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, as the opening keynote speaker. Other notable speakers include Vice Chairman of the Postal Regulatory Committee, Mark Acton, and IWCO Direct’s own postal expert Kurt Ruppel, who will participate in the Postal Affairs Forum covering USPS issues including Streamlined Acceptance, Informed Visibility, and the transition from Standard to Marketing Mail.

IWCO Direct postal experts Kurt Ruppel and Bob Rosser will be attending this quarterly meeting, which brings together mailing industry leaders and U.S. Postal Service executives to discuss current issues like postal operations, postage pricing, and enhancing the value of mail. Kurt and Bob represent the Envelope Manufacturers Association (EMA) and PostCom respectively on this USPS-sponsored committee.
