IWCO Direct implemented a digital platform for Welcome Kits and statements to enhance relevance and targeted messaging for the new four-tier structure and to highlight the hotel chain’s affinity partners. The kits and statements were designed to enable variable images and text for ads, images, and offers for each segment of the loyalty program.

The Results

The Welcome Kits and statements now have targeted, variable messaging that provides more relevant offers and is increasing repeat business and length of stay with loyalty program members. The inherent scalability of the digital platform allowed for new “ultra” tier segmentation to be added in future campaigns.
