A large retailer launched a new loyalty program with eye-catching formats for in-store kits that included membership cards and key fobs. However, the retailer needed a streamlined process to replace lost cards and to send materials to those who enrolled through Customer Service or contacted Customer Service for help with the new program.

IWCO Direct worked with the retailer and their data partner to develop a tailored workflow that included enhanced quality assurance to ensure a rewarding customer experience. Then we designed a kit to complement their current offerings and attract customers.

The Results

A cost-efficient kit format was developed by IWCO Direct that could be used both in-store or sent by mail. The kit design attracted more members to the new rewards program than projected and increased the retailer’s return on marketing investment (ROMI).
