The Twin Cities Postal Customer Council (TCPCC) is a network of business mailers and representatives of the USPS who gather regularly to discuss and resolve local mailing issues, working to continually improve communications between the Postal Service™ and their customers.

TCPCC also offers content-rich education programs on a wide variety of postal topics. Later this month, Anna Klein, IWCO Mail Operations Manager, joins Eric Ziegler, USPS Manager of Business Mail Entry MN-ND District, to present a class on the USPS Mailers Scorecard, with a special focus on using the scorecard to avoid assessments. Some of the topics they will be covering include:

• By/For errors;

• Undocumented mailpieces―causes and prevention;

• How to provide documentation to support your challenge on assessments.
