On June 15, 2023, we had the pleasure of celebrating our team’s outstanding achievements at the Printing Industry Midwest’s (PIM) Star Awards ceremony. This event showcases commitment to excellence and innovation within the print industry. Among our many nominations, we are thrilled to announce that Siri Prax, Director of Marketing and Account Services, was awarded the coveted title of 2023 Marketing Professional of the Year, while our remarkable Operation Santa IT Team, secured the Outstanding Team of the Year award.
A Night of Celebration
The Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, Minnesota, served as the backdrop for the 2023 Star Awards banquet and awards ceremony, where more than 200 print professionals gathered. Hosted by Printing Industry Midwest (PIM), the not-for-profit trade organization representing leading print service providers in the Midwest, the event showcased the best the region has to offer. With numerous member companies submitting around 150 projects for evaluation, the competition was fierce. Nominees had to demonstrate exceptional skills, creativity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Siri Prax – Marketing Professional of the Year

Operation Santa IT Team – Outstanding Team of the Year
IWCO’s Operation Santa IT Team has been spreading holiday magic in partnership with the U. S. Postal Service since 2017. Our team played a pivotal role in building the database and developing data and web services that support the Operation Santa website. Initially launched in New York in 2017, the website allowed residents to select letters to Santa received by the USPS and respond online. In 2019, this experience was expanded nationwide, enabling all U.S. residents to participate in spreading holiday joy. The Operation Santa IT Team’s exceptional efforts and technological expertise earned them the well-deserved Outstanding Team of the Year award. We celebrate their collaboration, innovation, and dedication to delivering a magical experience during the holiday season.
