IWCO Direct Wins Gold Mailbox ECHO Award

For the second year in a row, the IWCO Direct Marketing Creative Services team has been honored at the International ECHO Awards sponsored by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). We are proud that the extraordinary success for our healthcare client has been recognized with the 2022 USPS Gold Mailbox Award. It is further proof of our success as a leader in the art and science of direct marketing.

ECHO Awards Showcase Marketing that Works

While it requires creativity to develop an eye-catching campaign, it takes something more to develop a campaign that also delivers results. For IWCO Direct that ‘something more’ lies in how we apply data insights to drive better results. The ECHO Awards celebrate the combination of both.

Since 1929, the ECHO Awards have been recognizing the best marketers from around the world. Hundreds of entries are submitted each year from across the globe, and judges from organizations like Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, Facebook, and MailChimp evaluate submissions across three rounds to choose the winners from each category. These awards have become a benchmark for what data-inspired marketing can do for a brand’s bottom line and ROMI. This is why being recognized with this illustrious award is such an accomplishment.

Exponentially Exceeding Performance Metrics

We’re honored to be recognized by the ANA and our marketing peers but are most proud of the stellar results we were able to deliver for our client. They had ambitious goals for this campaign, including lowering their cost per acquisition (CPA) by 20%. We created a multi-channel, multi-touch campaign driven by targeted direct mail supported by companion digital channels to drive ever higher effectiveness. In the end, our conversion rates were 77% above projections, and CPA was reduced by an amazing 60%.
