IWCO Direct Enjoyed an Exciting 2021 and is Poised for an Even More Exciting 2022

It’s been an exciting year at IWCO Direct. Last June, we announced a $50 million strategic investment designed to accelerate our evolution as a leading strategic solutions partner―the largest single investment in the company’s 52-year history. A major portion of that investment is transforming our production platform to allow us to meet the ever-evolving needs of performance marketers. With our transformation plan underway―the purchase and installation of seven HP PageWide digital inkjet presses―we can deliver a level of quality, speed, personalization, and relevance that will set our clients’ marketing campaigns apart.

Notable 2021 Achievements

2021 marks the winning of our first ECHO Award. The global Association of National Advertisers (ANA) ECHO Awards recognize “…marketers who have dared to imagine a future rich with the opportunity of data. Each category is dedicated to an area of expertise critical to improving performance in today’s data-driven marketing ecosystem.”  We were honored to be recognized in the Health, Wellness, and Pharmaceutical sector for driving key business results with a multichannel 2020 New to Medicare integrated direct marketing campaign for health insurer Medica.

We’ve also expanded our leadership team this year, adding Mark Pritchard as CFO, Dave Ciocchi as SVP Sales & Customer Solutions, Reid Holmes as Executive Creative Director, and Ken McDonald as VP Supply Chain.

Transformation of our Production Platform Continues in 2022

As we complete installation of our HP PageWide presses, we’ll begin enhancing our lettershop services by installing hybrid finishing lines that will allow us to combine multiple production steps into a single operation. This will enable greater speed from data to delivery and create more flexibility for our clients. We look forward to sharing more details about this new equipment in early 2022.

Meeting Client Needs Through Expanded Marketing Agency Services

2022 will bring renewed focus on our already robust suite of agency services. IWCO Direct believes direct mail and companion marketing channels work synergistically to drive marketing success. We continue to build out our team of marketing strategists, data analysts, account directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure our clients have best-in-class resources to maximize campaign performance. Our goal is to help our clients find the most responsive prospects for their products and services, target them through their preferred channels, and earn their engagement with relevant, compelling messaging―all to drive robust response and return on investment (ROI).
