Over the past four or five years we have been on a journey to build and improve IWCO Direct 1to1℠, our dynamic content management system powered by Messagepoint. The ability to provide our clients with the tools they need to deliver highly personalized offers across channels at “the Speed of E” is incredibly important and has been a pursuit our team has worked on tirelessly. As a result of our efforts, IWCO Direct was recently included in the prestigious Aspire Leaderboard for CCM-CXM Service Providers (free registration required).
If you’re not familiar with this organization, Aspire Customer Communications Services is a boutique consulting firm specializing in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) industries. For a number of years, the Aspire Leaderboard listed the best technology vendors in these areas. Thousands of companies subscribe to the Leaderboard and rely on Aspire’s assessments. This year for the first time, the Aspire Leaderboard was expanded to include a new section to help Aspire customers evaluate service providers that are making the best use of CCM-CXM technology.
It was no small feat to be included. Their formal methodology required information submissions, analyst briefings and presentations, and client survey and feedback. We were one of only nine companies to make the inaugural launch of the Aspire Leaderboard for Service Providers.
Using the Aspire Leaderboard
After completing the free registration, you can visit and begin interacting with the Aspire Leaderboard based upon the key attributes you select that are important to your organization. Companies are evaluated on their capabilities (whether comprehensive or leaders) and strategic direction (focused or aspirational). Rather than a static chart, the Leaderboard is interactive and adjusts to your specific needs and criteria. There are a number of filters available to help identify the service providers that best suit your situation, including industry focus, communications type (acquisition, retention, and loyalty, etc.), capabilities, target market, technology partner, and compliance with various standards. You can also click on any of the service providers to get information about the company and see Aspire’s assessment.
To be included in the Aspire Leaderboard gives existing clients, prospects, and clients who only utilize some of our services (but want to take it to the next level) confidence in our “best of breed” use of CCM and CXM technology. It also means we must continue to innovate on our clients’ behalf to remain a part of the Aspire Leaderboard in the future.
