It’s hard to believe we’ve made another trip around the sun, but a lot has happened over the past 12 months at IWCO Direct and we have a lot to be thankful for. This time of year, we’re always reminded of how incredibly proud and appreciative we are of our employees’ spirit of giving back throughout the year.
Hopefully, you read the story about our Hamburg team helping to raise funds for Alexandria Amadoro, a 9-year-old girl with a goal of hiking the Appalachian Trail in order to raise millions of dollars for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. But our employees make a tremendous impact in many other ways. They lead back-to-school drives for students in need, collect toys for children during the holidays, and regularly volunteer to collect trash and debris in our communities. And as part of our annual charitable giving week over the summer, our employees raised thousands of dollars for local causes and organizations this year.
Around this time last year, we announced we had joined the Steel Partners family, and it has been a wonderful experience connecting with our new colleagues. We’re very appreciative of everyone’s efforts to make this a successful transition and their dedication to implementing the Steel Business System. We are also proud to say we’re on pace to mail more than 4.2 billion pieces this year. That is a remarkable achievement and a reflection of the powerful role direct mail plays in today’s marketing ecosystem and the positive future for direct marketing.
Before the year is over, we’d like to thank all our employees for their hard work, our suppliers for helping us meet our goals, and our clients for the continued trust they place in us. We hope you’re able to enjoy this time of year with family and friends. Best wishes and happy holidays from everyone at IWCO Direct!
