Our New Website Puts Creating Customers at Center Stage

I hope you noticed we launched the new IWCO Direct website earlier this week. It was a labor of love to better communicate with our audiences and the culmination of a lot of thought, hard work, and persistence to get the design and messaging just right.

Our main objective with the new website is to share with visitors how much our business has transformed with the addition of direct marketing agency services to expand how we can help clients create new and more loyal customers. We’re proud of our rich history as one of the largest and best direct mail manufacturers in North America. However, the strategic capabilities and expertise we’ve added in recent years have made a profound impact on the success of our clients’ multichannel campaigns beyond our mail-only offering of years past.

It all starts with Strategy, where we help clients make sense of all the data sources available and determine the best approach for reaching the right audiences. From there, the Creative team develops layouts and copy using best practices we’ve honed for nearly 50 years that consistently increase response rates. It then moves into Production, where our best-in-class technology brings it all to life, no matter whether it’s distributed through Paper or Pixels™. It all comes together to create new—and more loyal—customers for our clients.

We also brought Mail-Gard® to the forefront—our business continuity and disaster recovery division that keeps critical communications flowing in the event something unexpected happens such as a natural disaster or major business interruption. Mail-Gard also provides overflow print to mail support and outsourcing services to companies when their production needs exceed their internal capabilities.

Over time, we will also be adding new case studies and other content to showcase our work in action and document the results we’ve achieved for clients in a variety of key vertical markets. And of course, we will continue to publish blogs on a regular basis that provide timely information on trends and tips that will Power your Marketing™.
