The Value of Employee Longevity at IWCO Direct

Labor Day has once again come and gone, an annual sign that fall is just around the corner. With that in mind, we’d like to reflect on the recent holiday with a few thoughts about the value of employee longevity at IWCO Direct.

Each month, we recognize our employees who will celebrate significant milestones with the Company. In fact, we have nearly 150 employees who have been with IWCO Direct for 25 years or more. And we’re privileged to work with four employees who have been with us from the beginning – more than 40 years!

We value these individuals for their hard work and dedication. They’ve adapted to changing technology and industry trends while constantly expanding their knowledge and skills. They have a passion for the industry because it allows for innovation and believe in our organization because it hears, respects, and recognizes them. They also understand that customer satisfaction drives loyalty and begins with an excellent customer experience. They anticipate customer needs and strengthen the professional relationship with a personal touch – all while learning and growing together.

Due to our business expansion, we currently have a variety of job openings available. Production and non-production positions have recently been posted. Production positions typically require manufacturing, safety and technical expertise. Current non-production openings reside in the quality, customer service and information technology arenas.
