At IWCO Direct, we truly believe in adding value to our customers’ direct marketing programs. It’s something we strive to offer whenever and wherever possible.
One example of this philosophy put into action is our Education Center, which we offer to customers looking for assistance in training staff in the direct marketing production cycle. Through our customized training programs, we assist customers in broadening their knowledge of direct mail production.
Classes are held at IWCO Direct campuses in Pennsylvania and Minnesota where you can see – firsthand – print, envelope and mailing production equipment in action.
Since 1999, IWCO Direct has provided direct marketing training courses for more than 500 individuals from more than 50 clients. While other companies may provide training in limited disciplines or special seminars positioned as educational, no other company provides an integrated direct mail services program that covers all aspects of production.
Our Education Center Modules include:
- Component Manufacturing – Prepress, Lithographic Printing, Envelopes
- Content Development
- Personalization – Inkjet, Laser, Digital
- Lettershop – Bindery, Affixing, Inserting
- Postal Basics
According to survey responses from recent Education Center sessions, the topics our clients are most interested in learning about include:
