Mail-Gard Partners with DMI, Offers Cloud-Based Document Recovery and Archiving

Jerry Montella

Along with our recent participation at some of the largest business continuity and recovery events in the industry, Mail-Gard® has some exciting news of our own to share. Yesterday we announced a partnership with Data Management Internationale (DMI), which allows us to provide continuity and recovery solutions for document management systems.

Most companies have scanning systems in place to capture paper documents such as invoices, applications, claims and other customer information essential for day-to-day operations. With our new document capture recovery service, we can provide a backup to a company’s internal scanning system so if a business interruption occurs, this critical business function can continue.

Recovery of any document management system is essential for an effective continuity plan. Our partnership with DMI allows Mail-Gard to offer archiving of a company’s document management system, and it can also provide cloud-based document access and retrieval.  These services allow companies to retrieve their documents from any device simply by accessing a Web browser. A business cannot continue without its critical documents; and now, whether you’re printing and mailing these documents to your customers or utilizing them for your day-to-day operations, Mail-Gard has a recovery solution for you.

Mail-Gard is now positioned as the only provider of print-to-mail recovery services to offer document recovery solutions. These new services will be available immediately to Mail-Gard customers. If you’re interested in learning more about cloud-based document archiving and recovery, or your business needs require the extra security, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
