National Giving Month Inspires Company-Wide Fundraising Efforts

Joe Morrison

This year we have much to be thankful for, especially the fact that our employees on the East Coast remained safe during Hurricane Sandy. With the month of November designated as National Giving Month, and in the spirit of Thanksgiving, each of our facilities are conducting fund raising events to support local, regional and nationwide causes. Here is a list of where our efforts are focused:

Warminster

  • Coordinating efforts with the local school district (Centennial) to provide warm clothing to the Hurricane Sandy victims
  • The American Red Cross

Hamburg

  • United Way
  • March of Dimes
  • A local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)
  • The American Red Cross

Little Falls

  • Kinship of Morrison County
  • Boys & Girls Club
  • Holiday Gift Giving Program
  • The American Red Cross

Chanhassen

  • United Way
  • People Reaching Out to Other People (PROP)
  • The American Red Cross

One of the things that helps define our culture at IWCO Direct is a spirit of generosity. Whether it’s going above and beyond to help a co-worker or making sure a customer’s project gets through a hurdle with a little extra effort, our employees are dedicated to service. Their support of these charitable causes underscores that dedication.

Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving everyone!
