IWCO Direct Hosts Tour for Océ TPAC Visitors

Dave Johannes

IWCO Direct participates in a wide range of printing and mailing industry groups to ensure that we are providing leading-edge technology for our customers. One such group is the Transactional Printers Advisory Council (TPAC), a select group of digital print executives that is convened by Océ Print Production Systems of North America. The 12-person team meets six times over two years with Océ representatives to conduct in-depth discussions on current industry trends, market changes and business conditions. The delegation represents the largest financial, insurance, healthcare, direct mail and transactional services firms in the U.S.

TPAC delegates also get an insider’s look at Océ’s future plans for technology, product, and support plans – and provide valuable feedback to help guide Océ’s ongoing solution and service development.

In mid-September, IWCO Direct was honored to host the TPAC delegation who was meeting in Minneapolis for its Fall 2012 conference. The group toured our newly expanded Chanhassen, Minn. campus, gaining a better understanding of the role of full-color, variable-data print and monochrome personalization in an end-to-end direct mail production environment.

It wasn’t all work of course. Minneapolis, aka The Little Apple, rolled out its red carpet for our visitors. The group enjoyed a great night of Twins baseball at Target Field – one of baseball’s finest facilities.

We look forward to again sharing our new Chanhassen facility, when we host our 12th annual Supplier Summit on October 22.
