Critical Communications Recovery Services to Expand in Minnesota

Today we successfully closed on the sale of our Fort Worth, Texas, operations to Business Ink, Company of Austin, Texas. The Fort Worth facility was part of our acquisition of the U.S. operations of Transcontinental Direct in April. Our dealings with Business Ink have gone very smoothly and this close is occurring less than two months from when they first approached us in early April. I personally want to thank the incredible staff at Fort Worth for their fine work and cooperation.

Integration on Track
We are right on schedule with integrating the Transcontinental Direct U.S. operations to create a national footprint with an enhanced coast-to-coast platform. As noted earlier, the size of the Fort Worth facility with its existing equipment and technology platform, did not lend itself to building out our total package approach there. IWCO Direct will serve customers in Texas and throughout the country from our facilities in California, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.

Minnesota Welcomes Mail-Gard
This new national footprint allows us to offer customers some very exciting opportunities for direct marketing including comprehensive data security and critical communications recovery services through Mail-Gard, powered by IWCO Direct. The Texas operations of Mail-Gard is moving to Minnesota for expansion to support customer demand.

Again, thank you for your continued support. We are excited about our new national platform and the results we can help you deliver.
