Power your Marketing.

Our New National Footprint

Jim Andersen

Today we extend a big welcome to our new employees and customers from Transcontinental Direct to IWCO Direct. In early February we announced our intention to acquire the U.S. operations of Transcontinental Direct. The transaction has passed all regulatory requirements and officially closed earlier today.

We are very pleased about the opportunities this acquisition brings to our current and future customers.

We have begun the process to strategically align the capabilities, technology and service offerings of the two organizations. With our new national footprint backed by the breadth and financial stability of our combined resources, IWCO Direct offers tremendous value to customers seeking highly effective customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement programs.

Here are a few of the main benefits this acquisition provides:

  • Our postal strategy is now optimized and more sophisticated by having a robust total package offering across the county.
  • We can get customers’ direct marketing messages in front of audiences faster and more efficiently.
  • Our ability to plan and execute highly effective direct marketing campaigns is further strengthened through our highly skilled workforce and advanced, diverse production centers located near the country’s major population centers.

I would like to take a moment to thank all of our team members who are behind the scenes working hard to seamlessly integrate our platforms and processes. And I would also like to thank our long-term customers who have placed their trust in IWCO Direct over the years. We are looking forward to providing even more effective direct marketing solutions to help you succeed.
