Today we extend a big welcome to our new employees and customers from Transcontinental Direct to IWCO Direct. In early February we announced our intention to acquire the U.S. operations of Transcontinental Direct. The transaction has passed all regulatory requirements and officially closed earlier today.
We are very pleased about the opportunities this acquisition brings to our current and future customers.
We have begun the process to strategically align the capabilities, technology and service offerings of the two organizations.
