The Instant Web Companies Announces Special USPS Certification
of 25 Employees
Mailpiece Quality Control Training Can Reduce Postage
Costs and Improve Product Deliverability
Chanhassen, MN (July 22, 2002) The Instant Web Companies (IWCO)
announced today that 25 of its mail services employees have received Mailpiece
Quality Control (MQC) Certification from the United States Postal Service
(USPS).
The USPS developed MQC training to provide additional education to mailers,
printers and mailing services to ensure that mailpieces meet the USPS
goal of 100 percent automation compatibility. Meeting USPS regulations
can significantly reduce postage costs and improve product deliverability.
Plus, mailers who are knowledgeable of automation requirements can take
advantage of automation discounts, further reducing mailing costs.
To qualify for certification, employees attended a 20-hour, five-day
training session held on site at IWCOs Chanhassen mailing facility.
Training was coordinated through the cooperation of the Printing Industry
of Minnesota Education Foundation and was attended by employees from all
areas of the company including account managers, creative services, job
planning and estimating. At the end of training, attendees took a special
100-question certification exam.
IWCO is proud to have 25 members of our mail services team certified
as Mailpiece Quality Control Specialists, said Kurt Ruppel, IWCO
Corporate Training Manager. IWCO is committed to supplying customers
expert advice to create powerful, cost-effective mailing programs in compliance

savings and faster time to market.
