IWCO Direct Announces Appointment of New Chief
Financial Officer

Chanhassen, MN (April 6, 2006) —IWCO Direct, a leading national provider of integrated direct mail solutions, announced that Joseph F. Morrison has been appointed chief financial officer, effective immediately.

In his new role, Morrison will provide the leadership, financial management and vision to maintain proper financial controls, administrative systems and reporting procedures to support the organization’s growth.

Prior to joining IWCO Direct, Morrison served as vice president and chief financial officer for Culligan International Inc., Chicago, IL. There he was responsible for all global finance functions including reporting and control, treasury, taxation, financial planning analysis, and internal audit. He was previously a partner with Ernst & Young in Toronto and holds a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University in Canada.
