The Instant Web Companies Announces Strategic Alliance with Johnson/Anderson & Associates, Inc.

Chanhassen, Minn. (March 26, 2001) – The Instant Web Companies, provider of integrated web printing, envelope conversion and mailing services for direct marketers, today announced it has formed a strategic alliance effective March 26, 2001, with Johnson/Anderson & Assoc., Inc., an envelope specialist.

The alliance allows both companies to outsource from each other and combine their unique resources to provide better service for each company’s customers. Through the terms of the alliance, Johnson/Anderson will also acquire Instant Web’s jet envelope presses, and Instant Web will become a core supplier of envelope blanks to Johnson/Anderson.
