IWCO Direct provides on-site electronic prepress with full computer-to-plate
capabilities to expedite your next direct mail project. Our prepress department
supports high-quality lithographic printing on paper or plastic as well as
state-of-the-art flexographic printing of envelopes.
PROMOTIONAL CARDS
IWCO Direct's eye-catching paper and plastic promotional cards, phone cards and luggage tags are another important way we can increase the response rate from your target audience. IWCO Direct handles all aspects of adding promotional cards to your direct mail package: manufacturing, personalization (embossing, inkjet or thermal imaging) and affixing to the carrier.
IWCO Direct's new Speedmaster press produces promotional cards with up to 12 colors on either PVC plastic or heavy-weight paper stocks - at speeds that meet even the most demanding deadlines.
While most promotional cards are the standard CR80 (credit card) size/shape, many custom sizes and shapes are available. Additional options include UV coating, PIN numbers, barcodes and scratch-off labels. |

ENVELOPE PRINTING & CONVERTING
IWCO Direct’s in-house envelope printing and converting offers everything
you need to be creative with the “store fronts” of your direct mail
package. We manufacture envelopes from 1-color flexo reply envelopes to litho
printed 4-color-process outers with single or multiple die-cut windows in an
assortment of configurations.
IWCO Direct has the right printing technology for your
project: flexo, litho convert or jet. Since envelope printing
occurs in the same plant as all of your other printed components,
there are fewer hand-offs and better color matching across
your package. Our specialized envelope products include perforations,
zip strips, pull tabs, bangtails and fragrance strips.
IN-LINE FINISHING
The finishing touches are added in-line — plow-folding, die-cutting, perforating,
gluing, pop-ups, scratch-offs and inkjet imaging. Create an interactive brochure
for your traditional envelope package or put all the pieces together in a personalized
self-mailer that’s ready to mail at the end of the press.
TRADITIONAL FINISHING
IWCO Direct offers complete bindery services to ensure the job is finished
right. Services include cutting, folding, gluing and labeling. |
