Steve joined IWCO Direct in 1987 as an envelope machine adjuster and has advanced through numerous supervisory and management roles to his current position. Under Steve's leadership, IWCO Direct's Operations group has transformed into an industry leading and efficient manufacturing platform utilizing LEAN methodologies. Steve attended Bemidji State University and has served as co-chair of the Envelope Manufacturers Association's (EMA) Plant Management Committee and as Chairman of the EMA's Technical Committee.
