Luke joined IWCO Direct in June 2007 as Vice President Operations – New York and assumed his current role in March 2009. Luke came to IWCO Direct from Personix (formerly Jerome Group) where he served as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Personix, Luke spent seven years as Vice President at Direct Solutions in London, UK. During more than 20 years in the direct marketing industry, Luke has developed broad experience across many industry verticals and has particular expertise in health care and loyalty. Luke has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelors degree in Economics.
